Kim was an exceptionally warm, attentive, and accommodating host who made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. I loved this B&B. Kim is a delight. The food was great. Everything was clean and comfortable. I felt at home while I was there. It's also on a beautiful piece of land, and the surrounding landscape is breath-taking. Warburton is also such a charming town. 10/10 for sure.

We spent a great night in Warburton at the Buttercup Hill. The location is great, a very quiet relaxing spot a km or 2 outside of the main business area of Warburton. We received a warm welcome from the owner, Kim, who showed us around and loaded us up with useful local information. Our room was one of 3 bedrooms in an older heritage style cottage. We had a nice ensuite bathroom in our room and there was a large common area with kitchen, dining area, and sitting room. Our room was clean, spacious, and nicely furnished, and the Wifi internet was fast and reliable. The bed was comfortable and we had a very peaceful sleep. We enjoyed a gourmet breakfast cooked up by Kim the next morning – super delicious! Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place to other travelers.

Classic country charm, Kim was so lovely to chat with and provided us with lots of great recommendations of the local area. The home baked cookies were a nice touch. Room was clean and comfortable. After a restful night Kim also cooked us breakfast the next day which was delicious. Would highly recommend and happily stay again!

A stunning BnB with the most amazing service you could ask for. The room and the rest of the building has a very warm and homey feel, and Kim (host) made sure of it as well.

Kim was very welcoming and accommodating, and made breakfast that should be served in the top Cafes!

This is an amazing place! The host Kim is warm, friendly and very knowledgable about the local area. The room was really comfortable and the B&B is well located, walking distance from town. The home-cooked breakfast was generous and delicious and put us in good stead for a day of hiking. Highly recommended! I'll visit again.

This beautiful bed and breakfast cottage was amazing. Kim was all you could hope for a host and very knowledgeable what places are good in warburton. And to top it off the breakfast was so yummy!! And don't forget to buy her homemade goodies. Defiently will come back again 😊
