The team managed all the events seamlessly and took care of every detail, big and small. The reached out to vendors, got quotes, and read contracts. They were even able to get better pricing than I was able to get on my own. They gave me choices and provided recommendations. They carried the stress of planning and the weekend on their shoulders and we never had any fires to be put out. I truly cannot imagine having my wedding without Bettina and her team. On my first call with Bettina, she put my anxious bride fears all to rest. I was planning a destination wedding and had no idea where to begin! After our first call, I had 100% confidence in Bettina and her team to help me create the wedding of my dreams. If I could rate Busy Bee’s Events 1000+ stars I absolutely would! I am not exaggerating when I say that I truly could not have done it without them. As a bride that has been in the wedding industry for 5+ years, I am extremely particular and took careful consideration when contracting my vendors. While I didn’t need full service assistance due to my background, my “Day Of” package with Busy Bee’s events was above and beyond! At 6 weeks out from the wedding, I was assigned Bri - aka my bridal god mother & wedding bff! She seamlessly assisted with all last minute details and ensured that everything was absolutely perfect leading up to wedding day. She was never not accessible, she was available and timely whenever I texted, emailed, called! (Which was often!) Fast forward to wedding day, the Busy Bee’s team arrived before any other vendor and immediately kept H&M on schedule! Becky, my bridal concierge was a god sent! She was at my beck and call ALL DAY which was no easy job. At one point guests kept bumping into me as I was trying to get back into my room and she quite literally ran with me, holding one of my shoes, holding all of my gown, and we were laughing the whole time! She also carried one of my bridesmaids who got a blister from one room to another. Bri & Becky were the dream team! No detail went unnoticed, I was unaware of any issue throughout the whole day.
