The best gift shop in WA! Such a great choice of good quality gifts to buy which were beautifully displayed. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful and a special thanks to Kay for the wonderful beaches you recommended which did not disappoint.

All I can say is WOW. The lady we spoke to (who was also originally from Qld) was awesome.

We got so much information and she took us through so many possible highlights and businesses of interest in the area, after observing the brochures we took.

We took the Meelup Beach Road to Eagle Bay Brewery and was not disappointed.

I have never been to such a friendly, info packed info centre anywhere in Australia, so far.

Souvenirs are priced at the same level as other tourist centres, but did find it hard to find stock with WA or preferably Busselton on it, that wasn’t a kids t-shirt.

Plenty of brochures on a huge range of activities, food venues, businesses and places of interest. Great number of maps too.

If the lady that approached us is any indication, your staff make the centre first class.

Staff were friendly and helpful with what tours were available and sites to see in Busselton... very knowledgeable. Sad that there is limited jump on pick up tours for the area - everything is a drive to and then guided tour from there, which can be exhausting if your trying to relax... unless you are chasing a winery tour, there are plenty of those.. which we were not fitting with a young family.
