I am honestly blown away by the customer service provided by Andy from Busselton & Southwest Rent-a-car, his business. I was flying from NSW to Busselton Airport for the first time with two young children. I got a couple of quotes, including Andy's, and I initially intended to go with another car hire company because they responded first and I wanted to get it over with. However, when Andy called to discuss the quote, he went above and beyond.

For example, he had no issue with my brother coming early to set up the car and install the car seats so that I could land and leave. (Other companies wouldn't allow another adult to use the car without paying extra or charged extra to have the seats installed)  Andy also included unlimited kilometers in the cost, reduced the fees for the child safety seats, and there was very little red tape. Furthermore, the cost didn't include what I would consider "hidden charges" and turned out to be the most affordable option by far!

Anyone traveling with kids understands how stressful it is to organise bags, manage crying children, and navigate airports. Andy eliminated all of that stress for me. It's important for me to support local businesses, and Andy's exceptional service made it easy. I couldn't recommend Andy from Busselton & Southwest Rent a Car more. Truly a great experience and I'm so appreciative of everything he did for me and my family.

You just don't get customer service like this anymore... very competitive pricing, to the point where we were checking it was a legit company before arriving 😆 but definitely was legit and couldn't be happier with the car and the service we got!

From the second we landed and met Andy in Busselton Airport, we knew he'd be great!He's just one of those people you get a good feeling about straight away!

Andy was ssooo accommodating when discussing pick up and drop off times and services, and when the truck driver couldn't pick the car up on our last hire day, he told up to either just leave it and it will get picked up in a couple of days, or to feel free to use it for a few more days, free of charge, which we took him up on... worked out super well for us all!

I'll def be recommending Andy to everyone I know heading to the area and will def use his services again when I head back!

Oh, and BTW... the car was perfect... a hybrid, so saved us lots on petrol and in great condition! 👌

I highly recommend this service! They offer very competitive pricing and include mileage and damage coverage. The pickup and drop-off service to the rental area was a lifesaver for us since we took the bus from Perth to Busselton. They're open seven days a week, which was especially convenient when we returned the car on Sunday. Andy was incredibly friendly and helpful, and his restaurant recommendations were excellent.
