Stayed here for little over 3 weeks and it was a very pleasant stay. Conveniently located just by the main Tram 75 line which goes right into CBD and other suburbs. Booked a 2BR apartment and rooms and living areas were large. Good basic kitchen appliances which worked well however stove was not the best. Helpful and pleasant staff. Reasonably priced for size and amenities.

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which had lots of space, fully functioning kitchen, balcony and comfortable king bed. There is an underground secured parking lot. Tram and bus stops right at the front, with local shops at the very next stop. Restaurant across the road.

Visited Melbourne for a week to spend some time with family. Booked myself into a 1 bedroom serviced apartment in Burwood. This is my second stay with them. The apartments are located close to Deakin University.||Had a wonderful stay, as per usual! The apartment was clean and bright. Lovely decor and the kitchenette was well equipped with utensils and cookware. The apartment is cleaned every 4 days. The tram and bus stops are right outside and one tram took us all the way to the city centre. ||We were spoilt for choice when it came to meals. Apart from being able to cook in the apartment, there are some lovely restaurants around the corner. All in all, a very satisfactory stay and would definitely book myself here again in the future. |I booked directly with the Burwood service apartment via their website.

The rooms were spacey and clean.
The beds were excellent. Slept really well. All you could need provided for longer stays.
There is parking underneath with security doors.
Key card security and access.
Very neat!

We had a room at the back of the complex, ground floor. Overlooking the trees to the back of the property. Room was fantastic, had an ensuite and main bathroom. Plenty of space to move around in. Would return whenever needing to be on the south eastern side of the city. Staff were very helpful. Offstreet parking.

This is my second time staying here. My first experience was not good and I was silly enough to book again. Just not a pleasant place to stay. The place is clean and the parking is handy. The cleanliness of the utensils and plates was hit and miss. Washing machine is slow and the dishwasher doesn’t clean. However… the manager is extremely rude. The managers name is Peter and I would be truly surprised if he continues to be employed. Just a horrible person with no regard for his guests. I travel often and have stayed all over the world from five star hotels to one and am a pretty relaxed person but I have never had a dealing with anyone quite like him. I have read similar reviews elsewhere. Highly suggest you don’t stay here. Too much stress.
