On our first ever fishing weekend with Rogers Fishing we stayed here and the location was great. close to beach for fishing, great rooms and a kitchen with all the utensils we needed including a large freezer/fridge.
The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the main dining room was great for our meetings.

Woman in the office was extremely rude. Terrible work ethic and very unprofessional. 2x20c coins to have a hot shower for 1 minute in terrible conditions. Very expensive for a random spot in the bush. Better off in a national park or state forest.

We had a great time here. Great beaches, decent fishing, great local shops. The 1km road into the camp ground really needs to be graded. Cars are forced to drive on the wrong side of the road to avoid potholes and there are quite a few blind corners where cars come around the bend and could result in an accident. We were told off at one point for going too fast down the road, but we were trying to get around the potholes and onto the correct side of the road quickly. Would’ve been doing 30kms in a 20 zone. When it’s packed, the toilets and showers had queues. My only other complaint is that the machine that takes the money in the showers clearly says 20c on it, but it actually needs 2 20c coins to give you hot water. People would regularly think the machine was broken when it wasn’t. Super nice staff and park manager is a legend.

Pretty poorly set up bushcamp charging premium prices.
Access roads are 4wd only, it's about a 10min drive until you reach a crowded camping area under some trees, 40 cents for 3 min shower, lights in the amenities are switched off early in the morning when it's still dark, loud music and people partying, uncontrolled campfires everywhere including smoke. Not sure what they've burnt, but surely not just firewood. we felt it's quite unsettling waking up due to smoke in the middle of the night.
We tried to ring management, of course message bank and no security.
Worst night ever.

What a fantastic place to stay, highly
recommend! If you're wanting a National
Park feel, this is the place for you. Great
open spaces, you don't feel like you're
sitting so close to one and other. We got
in and out no problem with a 26ft
caravan. Not many powered spots, so if
you have a big one take SPOT 1 enter on
the oval, drive along the roadside and
then in between the brick and the
playground. When you leave take the fire
break road.
Extended our stay as we enjoyed it so
much, Angelo the manager is a true
entertainer and kind hearted man!

Gorgeous location in the shade of native trees, which makes for excellent birding! We recorded a plethora of species from the comfort of our tent, like leaden flycatchers, a sacred kingfisher, yellow-tailed black cockatoos, and more.

Be aware that the drive into the camp site should be slow and careful when in a non-4WD.

Amazing spot that's within walking distance to a beautiful surf beach, spacious campsite and facilities with fire permit and firewood that can be bought at reception! So convenient. Would definitely stay again - there are so many stunning places to explore nearby including Bogey Hole for snorkelling and cute villages. Thanks for a phenomenal stay ?

The setting at Burrill Pines is beautiful, absolutely fantastic.

A really lovely camping area, and the amenities are really good too.

It's away from everywhere, kind of isolated which is really good

you can get away from real world and escape to a very natural place

We had fun swimming at the beach, and spent time hanging around

the campfire having fellowship and getting to know everyone.

The staff gave fantastic service, I arrived late and got help with finding the location.

The staff were really friendly and cleaned the bathrooms every day!
