James is absolutely amazing. Not only did he provide us with tailored set up of bikes and kayaks, he also thoughtfully given us guidance for the best spots and time for the activities. We really enjoyed our stay thanks to his service. Highly recommended!

There are few businesses this outstanding. From my first contact with James over the phone advice and support was top notch. James dropped off kayak and surf board ready for our arrival to the airbnb with a bag of tips and instructions. I called into the shop for extra advice over the week and got really friendly and great service and suggestions. This customer service went above and beyond when we found ourselves hiding the kids Santa presents at James's house ready for the big day.
Add to this that the kayaking at Cullbarra was fabulous, we paddled across to Greenwell point 3 times for lunch or oysters and wine, and loved the surf beach. We took the kayaks to Kangaroo river and also out on the ocean ( all following James's recommendations). Spectacular location and fabulous business.

Hiring the kayaks and SUP from James was the highlight of our holiday! The kids had so much fun, and the adults more so! James made it super easy for us, and we will definitely be going back to him again when we visit Culburra in the future! Thanks for taking our holiday to the next level!

I highly recommend Burra Bike & Board. James from Burra Bike & Board has been nothing short of accommodating and supportive. From the first time I shot an email, he's helped my partner and I have a great experience with his bikes. I had some personal hiccups and James got back to me quick to help resolve them, all while he himself was on vacation! Great fun on the FAT bikes!
