I had the most lovely recent experience buying a gift for my mum's birthday! I live overseas, and Geraldine was able to not only have an online order ready for pickup the next day, but had beautifully packaged it and even written a card 🙂

Oh my goodness... I was growing very bored of the diffuser market, with so many scents overlapping between brands, that I kind of gave up on diffusers for a while. Then my fortunes changed when I wandered into the bathroom of Osborne House in Bundanoon one afternoon and was struck by the most amazing fragrance I had smelled in years. I sought it out, checked the brand and scent, and before I returned to the car I had made my purchase. It so turned out it was a local brand from Bowral which is also nice to support. I chose "River Walk", highly recommend. It is part of their new "Highlands Collection". River Walk contains eucalyptus, lemon, lavender, cyclamen & driftwood - so it is quite a citrus/wood blend. Delicious. And to make matters more exciting, they offer refills and new reeds. Yay! I received it today so I am hoping it lasts longer than most I have tried. That would be the perfect diffuser. Thank you again Geraldine who packed it thoughtfully, including a handwritten note.

These are the one and only diffusers and candles that I buy. With product named after towns in the Southern Highlands and with fragrances of the local environment these truly are great value. The diffusers last many weeks which is excellent value

I'm conflicted.
On one hand I'm enjoying the beautiful Country Lane scent and want it to last forever.
However, the fact that this beautiful container becomes a stunning wine glass when finished means I'm dying for it to burn down! Luckily you can refill so maybe I just need to buy another one...

Amazing scents that fill the whole room and last ages. I got The Bowral diffuser when we went to the Tulip Time Festival and it’s honestly one of my favourite scents I’ve ever had, had to order a refil. Thank you so much for the goodies! <3
