5☆ to Vishal Sachdeva, Store Leader, Belconnen Store, ACT

My experience and interaction with Vishal Sachdeva, Store Leader in the Belconnen store was nothing less than perfect. I urgently needed assistance with one claim, with another problem of anticipated points that I had waited months for, to be credited into my account. Vishal attended to me - he was attentive, and promptly provided assistance, with clear explanation of all information that I require at the time. Issue with my claim was resolved in a timely manner.

After my consultation with Vishal, in the process for crediting my points into my account, I did encounter a blocker (turned out to be an error in the Bupa system). After a failed attempt to fix it via phone call with one of the customer service representatives, I reached out to Vishal via email. He was swift with his response, and evidently had been following up in the background since our first meet to ensure it is resolved. To my satisfaction, it did in the end and more importantly, without further issues.

For any assistance in Canberra, I highly recommend the store leader, Vishal Sachdeva, at the Belconnen Store.
