We came from New Zealand to see our sister and sister in law at Bupa who are doing a wonderful job looking after Jill and gave us a lovely lunch. Staff are so friendly and welcoming.

Our mum has been at Bupa Mt Sheridan for 9 years now. The staff have always taken the best care of her. We have found them to be very attentive to her needs and have always shown kindness and patience with her. We would highly recommend this nursing home to anyone who is seeking a home for their loved ones.

Great bunch of staff at Bupa my Sheridan, you can tell they have a great management team as everyone is always so happy. They go above and beyond to help. Shoutout to Roma at reception she is so great!

Bupa staff look after my dad really well. As my dad is high needs and hygiene is really good. My dad is always getting his 3x meals a day and coffee and snacks 2x a day. The carers and Nurses do there best to look after my dad, they are always friendly and happy to help. It is handy having a GP at Bupa and have had to use this service a few times. Bupa as a whole is very clean, including my dad's room and bathroom.

More than happy with the care given to Mum at Bupa Mt Sheridan over the past two and a half years. Roma, Erin and Helen in admin, and Charity and the nurses and carers in Magnolia wing are always friendly and helpful.

Staff at centre are amazing, caring and very attentant to my mother. I know my mother is in great hands. Nothing is too much for the staff. Im regularly kept ip to daye with my mothers progress and my mother us happy at the centre. Would recommend to other families that require a place for their loved ones.

Staff are always very friendly, happy and welcoming to visitors. The home is secure and always clean. Only negative is: Management have changed the undercover outdoor relaxation area for residents into a smoking area. In April 2024 the govt. brought in No smoking in aged care facilities?
