We had a lovely time at Bumble Beez! It’s just a few minutes’ drive from Werribee Town, though it felt a bit tucked away at first—we almost thought it was closed. But we’re so glad we went in!

While the playcentre is smaller compared to others and has only a few slides, everything was well-maintained and very clean, which we really appreciated. The food is amazing as well. The staff were absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome.

A big shout out to Rose and Tracey, who made this event so stress free and easy. The venue was clean, the place was low key/not noisy but had heaps of areas for the kids to play in. On-site parking can get full quickly, but the street is so empty/industrial, there's heaps of street parking available.

The place is set up so you can comfortably sit at your table but still see almost the entire play area without needing to hover over your kids - it was an absolute dream come true for parents of little kids who want to socialise and catch up with the other parents, without having to chase their kids around or defend them from older and bigger kids.

The play area is capped to 8 year olds, which is really comforting since we've experienced at other play centres, bigger kids entering the toddler zones and causing chaos.

Kids loved the food, loved the play area, grown ups loved the slide too (strictly as support folk for children scared to go down the slide by themselves, of course 🤭)... We stayed right until closing.

Thanks Rose for setting up the room ahead - it was great to be able to drop off the decorations earlier on in the week, and just have it all ready to go on the day. We felt like VIP 👊🥰

I recently had a private party at the venue and was extremely disappointed. I have had 2 previous parties at the venue during open hours and was happy then but now very disappointed after having a private function there. It was extremely stressful and i did not get to enjoy the party whats so ever. When we got there tables and chairs were stacked in the far corner and you could barely even get to them. We were told we needed to move everything on our own and then we need to move everything back on our own before 8pm or will occur a fee of $150 for the hour. I understand times and fees but if you know there is a function coming things need to be moved! A lot of things that you cant use for a private function were still out. It was a mess. I was then told by the lady who was there behind the counter that she will tell our guests at 7:15 to start packing up and we need to be out at 8. I was horrified by this and advised her NOT to tell any of my guests that. I was not having my guests pack up MY party!
I was also told when i got there that she will not tell her boss that i came half an hour prior( which states that it is included)
Pretty unprofessional.

I absolutely loathe having to pay full fee for my baby to enter the centre. He slept for the majority of the time we were there as is, however that isn't your issue. Most centres are free under 12 months, or cheaper with an older siblings or just cheaper in general.

Your new rule of not filling up water bottles is a bit rich. I would rather leave, than pay for a bottle of water when I already have my own that just needs to be refilled. We already pay a decent fee to get in (especially as noted above regarding babies), then purchase food because (rightfully) outside food isnt allowed, and the food isn't exactly cheap for the amount you get. It cost me $22.50 for a kids juice, a (rather small) basket of chips and a fruit salad.

I do also agree with some of the reviews about background music. Its a very quiet centre and when you have children screaming and squealing with excitement, it can be a little much.

It won't stop us from coming back, but it definitely makes me apprehensive to go, and is often a bit of a last resort because of the above factors. My toddler does however, enjoy the centre and seeing him happy is always worth it.

The place was just okay, but I wouldn’t return. The play equipment felt old and worn out, some parts were even held together with duct tape, which isn’t reassuring. The whole venue could really use a thorough deep clean.

I understand the no outside food policy, but there should be flexibility for young children, especially toddlers with dietary restrictions or allergies. Fresh fruit or parent-provided snacks should be allowed especially since the only food options available are processed carbs and sugary foods and drinks, which I prefer not to give my child.

I have been bringing my now 4 year old and 2 year old to Bumble Beez for a couple of years, and they have always enjoyed it. Today we attended their Easter themed day - what a great effort the staff and owner made to ensure the kids had a wonderful day. There was colouring-in, plaster painting, ornament making, cookie decorating, kids tattoos, reptile encounters, a visit from the Easter Bunny and an Easter scavenger hunt with a prize for all the kids. We have previously been to their Halloween and Christmas themed days, but my daughter reckons the Easter Day topped them all. Recommended for younger children as this is what they cater for.

Best toddler indoor play centre in the west!
We couldn't believe how CLEAN it is.
My 13 month old grandson was thoroughly entertained with many play options available to him.
Parental interaction and supervision was seen amongst all patrons, making it safe and enjoyable for all children and their caregivers.
Everyone was compliant with the rules: wearing socks, no food in the play areas, being respectful towards other patrons.
Hats off to management and staff for your hard work. We feel the love and dedication here ❤️

My only suggestions would be some background kids music or any music to be honest.
Anti slip strips on the blue metal climb and red slide (it's slippery with socks and no other way to get down the slide but to climb the blue metal)
And perhaps less in the playground..there is alot and I mean a lot of soft play objects ...

Other than that is a great little area for 6month to 5yrs I think. I like how there aren't older kids there so little ones can play.
Food isn't too bad either .
