I recently took a trip with Buller Bus to Mount Buller, and I have to say, it was a complete disaster. The bus that arrived was nothing like the photos we saw online. The restroom was filthy, lacked toilet paper, and the door made a loud, constant noise for the entire 3-hour journey because it was broken. While the driver was friendly, he had no idea about the ski and snowboard lessons we had paid for. He merely pointed us in the general direction and told us to ask at the equipment rental place.

Upon arrival, our names weren't on the list at the rental place, and we had to wait while they searched for a missing email. After receiving our gear, we were given no information on where the lessons were, forcing us to wander around asking for directions until we finally found the lesson spot. To our dismay, we needed passes that were supposed to be handed out at the equipment rental, but they had forgotten. This oversight cost us 30 minutes of our already expensive 2-hour lesson.

The return trip was equally frustrating. The seats were unassigned, so we ended up sitting at the back of the bus, despite paying for middle seats. I was instructed to be on time, but the bus was overbooked, causing a 40-minute delay while the issue was sorted out. This led to a rushed and uncomfortable drive back, and sitting near the foul-smelling bathroom made the experience even worse. I strongly advise against using Buller Bus for your trip to Mount Buller.

My GOD!!
The staff here just Rude，especially Wade. Was planning to have my 30th Birthday in Mount Buller but because couldn't find a single transport nor bus up to the mountain so i have to cancelled ALL my plans and the Worse part Wade just said good luck and goodbye!!!

the Customer services here just plain Rude and arrogant! The staff Wade did not Only didn't respond to any of my mails about their transfers but then when i tried to follow-up with them，Wade the staff told me off instead saying "GOODBYE & GOODLUCK”!!
the audacity and thick Face in their operations is beyond a whole new Level!!
Happy new year 2024， NOT!!!

The staffs here, Wade are Ashamed! Their operations and management bus tour is just poor. Customer services to the lowest point imagined was planning to explore mount bullet but Thank to their neglect we couldn't even explore the mountain!!!

Absolutely do not count on this company to get you to the mountain. They cancelled my service less than a week out and advised me to take public transport instead. Do not risk your hard-earned money planning flights or accomodation around this service - it could be an extremely costly mistake!
