I had an extremely disappointing experience with the service desk here (Asian lady)

I called in advance to ask about their hours and to confirm my booking. The lady I spoke with was extremely dismissive, telling me that I "don’t know anything" and that she "knows everything about flights." I requested her to stop being rude towards me and answer my questions. She could not give me a clear answer.

When I arrived the following morning after my layover, she continued to treat me poorly, telling me, "learn from your lesson now" because of the delay, in front of other customers.

Her behavior was unprofessional, rude, and completely unnecessary. Instead of offering any assistance or understanding, she VERBALLY ABUSED me and made me feel embarrassed and disrespected.

This is not how any customer should be treated. I strongly recommend that the management addresses this issue to ensure that no one else has to go through this kind of experience. Would not recommend this service based on how I was treated.
