Absolute joke of a company, stole our bond for leaving a ‘mess’ they used every excuse under the sun to not give it back even though it would’ve taken max 15 mins to tidy up. Bus broke down half way to Melbourne and we were told in an aggressive email by Micheal that it wasn’t a break down instead a “normal DPF regeneration” the bus driver pulled over for 30 mins on side of highway only half a metre from cars going 100km/h if that’s normal, you shouldn’t run a bus charter business. Break down made us 30 mins late and we missed our pre paid booking. No compensation for the break down and lied about us breaking a seat belt as a threat, there was zero damage to the bus.
DON’T USE THIS COMPANY if you want professionalism, want your bond back or to be on time to your event.
