Booked via Air BNB. They have two bubble retreats.

We stayed in the etoile as it was recommended by the owner for more view if taking landscape photography.

Unique get away! Spend the night laying under the stars ? stargazing to sleep.

Just make sure before booking, if you can. Check the forecast beforehand. If it's too cloudy or the moon is full, you won't be able to see the stars clearly.

We went on an extremely windy and rainy day, but luckily, we were able to get a glimpse of the stars by waking up at 4:00AM when the clouds cleared out a bit. Still, it was a beautiful sight to see ?

It can get noisy at night as the bubble retreat requires air to constantly be running to keep it afloat. They provide ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Fortunately, I'm a heavy sleeper 🙂

Closest town would be about 20minutes away. We went into Meeniyan town for wood fire pizza.

The accommodation also provides microwave and kettle if you prefer to bring your own meal.

From the moment you arrive you are struck by the enormity of the view. The Bubble House is wonderfully positioned with views out across ‘the Prom’, the sea and the Welshpool pier. That said, the accommodation is unique and the experience of literally sleeping under the stars is unforgettable. On arrival the place was spotless and everything was as advertised and outlined in the visitors guide emailed in advance of our arrival. The weather was extremely cold during our stay but the heating is more than adequate and the shower has plenty of hot water. We brought our own supplies and had a wonderful night enjoying the view, the sunset, the stars and the rising of the moon. If you are looking for an escape that is certainly different then you could not do better than stay at the Bubble House.
