I was here 2 weeks ago, I was a little disappointed in the service initially. I had my 2 dogs with me and tied them out the front. Went in and stood at the counter 2 girls discussed orders while 1 of them made coffee. At least 2 mins later I had to ask "Do I order here" I think they at least need to acknowledge the customer. A simple "won't be a sec" would have been great. The food and coffee came out really quickly and was nice.

Food was good once we got it but the service let it down a bit. We were there a while after lunch and there were very few people there but we waited over half an hour for our two dishes to be served. We also asked for a bottle of tap water, which we got but without glasses. I mean, literally speaking it was what we asked for, but generally in a cafe when people ask for water you also want something to drink it out of. The guy next to us waited half an hour for scrambled eggs. The actual cafe is pretty cool with nice vibes and a big outdoor area out the back, it was just a pity the service was so slooooooow.

Delicious well-prepared breakfast. We were a little concerned when it took so long for the lady at the counter to take our order as she seemed run off her feet with coffee orders, perhaps understandable given it was a quiet Monday morning. However that was all forgotten when our breakfasts came out. The chef obviously puts a lot of care and thought into his work, as this was easily the best breakfast we had during our trip to Melbourne, and we had sampled many of the "top-rated" places in the city. Eggs cooked perfectly, chicken was tender and grilled nicely, and generous servings. Highly recommended!

Just had the most amazing breakfast at BT Dubs in Warburton. The chili scrambled eggs were flavorful and perfectly spicy, while the coffee was simply divine. Cozy vibe and super friendly staff. A must-visit for anyone in the area!
