The days roast special was ok but served from a warm bahanet survery so it wasn't the hottest but for $20 it done me fine

2 MINUTES OFF HIGHWAY
Perfect stop for a $10 lunch special if you’re traveling in either direction.
Spacious and plenty of room. Lovely outdoor areas to eat. You could choose from either a casual dining space in the bar area to a more formal restaurant with table cloths and nice table settings.
Specials began at $10 and we chose the burgers at $15. They were average burgers and the chicken a bit dry. But overall okay. Hubby enjoyed the steak burger though. Both came with a side of yummy fries.
Tori the bar girl was lovely and drinks were cheap. $10.30 for a schooner of asahi and a glass of wine.
4 stars due to the restaurant staff who hocked loudly as we walked in and then spat in the bin. Not a good look!!
Still worth checking out as it has a great country atmosphere.

Wonderful venue for a great catch up with extended family on a Friday evening. The restaurant had a delightful range of delicious food with good service, considering how busy they were.

Relaxed and friendly atmosphere, free WiFi, colouring books for the kids, air conditioning and inexpensive decent food. Locals playing cards and having fun. Lovely staff.
Come Fridays 6pm for the meat raffle and all the locals hanging out.

Booked a table for 5, didn't need to as was empty on a Friday night, which is not a good sign. Made to wait as we tried to order as the server had won a meat tray so just ignored us. Food was very ordinary and not worth the cost. Shame as a few years ago this was such a popular venue with good food.

Quiet friendly bar staff and waitresses. Not the same for the chef . Ordered a cheese burger. When I couldn't finish it due to it being drowned in mustard. I asked the waitresses to pass this onto the chef. We could hear the waitress passing the message on.He didn't even wait for us to have left to just laugh my comment off. I found that a bit unprofessional.

Just popped in with some special needs friends and a unemployed Englishman due to the pub being shut due to a surprise visit from some DJ. I went an bought some beers which were super cold and at 2012 prices.
We liked it so much we went back the next night for a feed, more beers and some free pool. Took the courtesy bus there and home. Unfortunately no bowls were played due to inclement weather which was a bummer as i wanted to test out my flipper.
