i went there around 5.18 pm . Service provider she wasnot there .after exactly mins 5.22 pm she came there with bags full of groceries from coles .she said no she can’t atten me because she is finishing at 5:30 pm. If she is owner it alright it her business she can do anything it’s her choice .if not your worker is spending time doing shopping for her home before finishing her shift.

I got my eyebrows threaded from here yesterday and I was in a bit of a rush. I decided to try this new shop out to have my eyebrows threaded professionally. When I saw my eyebrows after I got home I noticed she threaded them so harshly where I have scratches on my eyes and a slit through my right eyebrow.

I would not recommend the customer service from her either.

Arrived to a empty store. Was served by an Indian lady and she seemed reluctant to serve because she was in the middle of doing henna for her daughter. Got told to wait 5min (I believe to finish off the henna?), I agreed and sat down.

When she came to serve me, she made me swapped chairs for no reason. Fine small matter. During the session, the thread snapped against my eyelids and face a few times. Again, I’ll let that slide. After threading, she dabbed my face with cream in a rough manner like she was hurrying for time. Mind you there were no other customers in store. I looked at myself in the mirror and I see cream being placed messily everywhere with all my hair stuck to my face. I asked her, do you not brush the hairs away before you put the cream? she laughed and said no.

Came home and realised my eyebrows have gaps in them and it’s shaped in an arch way when I specifically told her I like my brows straighter and she acknowledged.

To the owner, you should really reevaluate the staff you hire because they don’t make your shop look good. These businesses with incompetent workers who could care less about their service is the reason why people don’t patronise these stores and rather do it themselves.

We’re paying for a beauty service that’s not cheap $32 for a 10-15min job and your staff can’t even do the bare minimum in terms of skill, attitude and adequate customer service.

I travel an hour just to get my eyebrows done here. The lady does an excellent job every time. Highly recommended.

Can’t even begin to explain how heartless the main lady who works here is. She’s been there for a couple of years as I’ve lived in the precinct for 3.

My first appointment with her, my daughter was only 2 then. She became uneasy. She’d complete the service but kick a fit, suck her teeth and whinge under her breath and even grew that comfortable to try and growl my daughter too instead of being compassionate. I’ve never forgotten about that encounter and I didn’t want anything to come of it as I saw her often.

Today, this afternoon 6th of April I decided to go back after years to have henna and brows threaded. A young mother and her toddler were struggling and you could tell she was in distress trying to calm the situation. Toddler could be heard from afar up until the kiosk. From the first cries of this baby, this same lady who kicked a fit at my daughter years back did the exact same thing. Stopping during service, shaking her head and repeats “oh my god”.. this lady with no compassion even went as far as stopping during another service with another client to go over and ask the young mother rudely “Why’s he crying, Why’s your baby crying” .. It was then evident to me that a person like her should NOT be working in public spaces. She mentioned she was a mother of 1 and I thought maybe she’d have compassion for another mother in need. Obviously didn’t and it showed.

A person like her should not be working in these spaces. Edmondson Square especially, a family friendly community.

Will never take my business there, ever again.

Amazing service, she does such a good job and so friendly I always come back to her to do my eyebrows!!

If I could rate this business 0 stars I would. The lady with the short blonde hair is the rudest I have ever come across. She looks at you up and down like as if you owe her something. serves her own before anyone else doesn't matter if you were the first there waiting. Avoid this place.
