Broadwater Shores - Runaway Bay, Queensland

Stayed 4 nights , booked a basic 2 bedroom but we got an upgrade to a deluxe 2 bedroom and the room was great ! We were on the 10th floor and the views were amazing! We could not only see the beautiful Broadwater but could see all the way to surfers paradise ! The view was stunning ! Beds were comfy( rooms also had stunning views ) , kitchen fully equipped with everything we needed |We did have a few minor maintenance issues that needed addressing and notified staff upon check out hopefully issues have since been fixed , despite the issues we had a great stay and we will definitely return again

Joanne was accommodating and provided excellent customer service. We had a few enquiries leading up to our stay, and she was able to respond quickly and accommodate our enquiries. From check in to check out was very simple and user friendly. My daughters Teddy got left behind and they held him until we could get down to pick him up. Location is great with a playground about 600 metres away, the views are phenomenal and the rooms are spacious . We will be back

This place has so much potential but the lack of attention to detail really fails this place.

Old and extremely ran down, in dire need of some upgrading. The apartment was huge however was horribly presented, the linen was dirty/soiled and there was dirt and rubbish left in the rooms. Photos show just some of how it was presented.

The bedroom light didn’t even work and the windows were not sealed very well meaning the wind noise was very extreme and was continuously blowing a cold gust in the room from all angles.

Room curtains were broken allowing a lot of light in the rooms. Noise level was very very high from above apartments and neighbouring.. there was someone vacuuming the hallway at 6.45am!

In a quieter part of town with less foot traffic but probably a bit too far out from the main cities as it took 30 minutes to drive to dinner due to the extreme traffic levels.

I think if this room had have been presented in a nicer way our stay would have been somewhat more pleasant but this is not worth the visit with comparable hotels.

We stayed four nights at Broadwater Shores and our stay was amazing!! The unit we stayed in was so beautifully decorated with everything we needed. I felt instantly relaxed walking in and the view was just sublime. Absolutely fantastic helpful service from the building managers, thank you. It was very close to a number of shopping areas and cafes/restaurants. Onsite secured parking was such a bonus. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Clean and dry. Smell weed in the stairwell someone is doing a doobie or 5 there. No lifts. Apartment we were in was nice. WiFi worked. Slow but worked.

Clean and tidy 3 bedroom apartment which had 2 bathrooms. Great location if you are wanting to go to the outlet shops and amusement parks. We had a mini van to get around so if you didn't have a car this wouldn't be a good location. My kids enjoyed the pools but they were cold. We were there for 10 nights in the Sept school holidays. Had season passes to Dreamworld which we went to several times. We picked this place based on price and location, also having a 3 bedroom apartment was important. However there was no phone to use for local family and friends to call you on. We had decided to turn our NZ phs off. So this made it a little bit tricky organising meeting up with people and no WIFI in the apartment. We had to go downstairs to the games room to use the free wifi. This was a good base as we were out most of the time.

Large open rooms and lovely outlooks in an easily accessible location. It's a bit old but well furnished and comfortable. Suited our needs very well.

A spontaneous 2 night visit to the Gold Coast for some relaxation. Booking was made over the phone with the lovely manager Dianne. We wanted a bathtub in a 2bedroom apartment but unfortunately the available apartment did not have one. Instead Dianne offered us the 3 bedroom for the price of the 2 bedroom apt as long as we didnt utilize one of the bedrooms. Was very impressed with the space within the apartment. Main bedroom has its own ensuite. Beautiful lounge & fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook & entertain. Loved the views of the broadwater. Balconies lead from two of the bedrooms with a a great view of Surfers paradise skyline. Main bedroom doesnt have balcon however a balcony also leads out of the lounge &dining area. The apartment is in a lovely quiet part of Gold Coast and is near Runaway mall aswell and Harbourtown outlet shopping centre. Free carpark for one car per apartment. Two pools, tennis court and small bbq AREA . Loved our stay here and would definitely recommend staying in this apartment. We stayed in Apt 64 on floor 13. Will be back!!
