Great place to find out info about Brisbane and surrounds including state wide travel. Great staff. Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable lots of information. Great place to check your availability and do bookings. Located in Queens Street mall in an historic building.

Amazing visitor information center. Everyone was so friendly, very knowledgeable, and super helpful. The center is run by the Brisbane Economic Development Agency (BEDA). Shout out to Janice, Bianca, Loredana & Mia for making our holiday that much more enjoyable 🙂

First day in Brisbane walking around getting a feel for the area.

Helpful staff, but this is yet another place that doesn't take cash. I'm not going to use my overseas card to buy a souvenir for $4.95 and then get slugged a £1 overseas transaction fee by my bank. You would have thought annoying visitors to the city is not something the tourist information centre should be doing!

Just love it in the old Regent Theatre Building! What a Brisbane icon! Sincerely hope this remains the permanent place for the information centre as it is the eye of Brisbane!! The architecture and the decoration throughout the building is just stunning for Australia with a relatively young history of <300 years European arrivals!
