After months of our family stressing over the coming transition of my grandmother into care, the team of incredible staff and carers at Brightwater Inglewood have put us all at ease and we couldn't be happier. The facilities are warm and inviting, with a playground and sitting area near the entrance. There is clearly a high priority being placed on hygiene and cleanliness as the entire facility presents immaculately, which is obviously quite reassuring. The staff have been incredibly helpful, professional and welcoming, making us all immediately feel part of a little community. We are all, including my grandmother, so happy with the whole experience with Brightwater so far and can't recommend it enough.

It was lovely to join the residents at Brightwater Inglewood for their recent Christmas Party. The entertainment and food were great - a big thank you to the on-site chef. Fr Christmas was a hoot. I have never seen one do twerking before! The residents all seem very relaxed and to enjoy each other's company. The facilities are new and impressive, and we always feel welcomed by the friendly staff. Big thumbs up from me.

I’m glad this review has stopped and made a few residents contact me in regards to the below
and are looking are moving out as soon as the other place accepts their loved ones…

This place is happy to work with the aged care commission to fix the issues but won’t and can’t do anything before?
Doesn’t make sense

Over 50million dollars invested and 5% interest made off the money and no one can get things done,
Imagine everyone at their workplace doing this would that last long

Can’t wait for the evacuation

Stay away from this place

Please don’t put your loved ones in this facility…. They don’t care about anyone or anything
The CEO has no care factor and they don’t have any doctors on call.
Waited a day and a half and made numerous calls to get a doctor to see our mum and no one called one even though they said they did and booked one in.

We have paperwork from RPH stating they called the number for 4 hours straight to arrange. Transfer and no one answered the phone
We had to call my mum to arrange who she is sick and for her to arrange a nurse to open the door to allow entry at 2am in the morning.
The place has no management

They would rather send a person to hospital for something minor then treat at the home as they don’t want to spend the money on a doctor.
This place is in major disarray and must be avoided
It’s not a place to spend the last years of your life .
The looks nice but that’s it.

Every hand balls everything.

I have lodged a full complaint to the health department to investigate all our allegations and we have proof to back up everything.
Everyone avoid this place as changes will never happen
I’m happy to meet anyone in person or chat about this place and once you see everything you will not go there
