Beautiful staff great sized family rooms and pet friendly. Nothing is to hard for the managers if u need something it always gets done. Very approachable staff Thank you for your beautiful service. My family looks forward to our further stay.

The 1 bedroom apartment We booked was revolting. It was grubby and the bed and pillows were dreadful. Booked for 2 nights but left after 1. The only thing good about this place is the close proximity to the shops.
We couldn't even have a cup of coffee as the mugs were dirty and when we went to wash them the scourer was old and dirty.

Stay here at your own risk. This complex is clearly old, run down and not kept up. The rooms are filthy, mold in the shower, lights falling out of the ceiling, cob webs everywhere, and to top it all off, no fire alarm. Brighton is beautiful, this serviced apartment.. is not.

The service was shoddy at best. The gentleman at the counter was somewhat accommodating when we tried to refund a portion of our stay, but I’ve yet to see a receipt as requested.

Given the cost and condition, I’d look elsewhere.

This was one of the dirtiest places I have ever stayed! Disgusting! Other friends were staying here also and most had similar experiences. ||The one star is because the shower was strong and hot and the bed was comfortable with clean sheets. ||However,:|The blanket was dirty. The furniture was grubby and layered with dust. The microwave was filthy. The carpet was dirty, worn and a trip hazard. I thought the bathroom had been cleaned but the false eyelashes (certainly not mine) stuck to the towel rail indicated it was not. Food had dribbled over the side of the coffee table. The door to the balcony was smeared with greasy fingerprints. ||Luckily Coles was nearby so my friends and I bought antibacterial wipes and cleaned. One friend scrubbed the oven because hers was so dirty - I didn’t dare open mine. ||There was no bath mat and no tea towel. ||There was a hole in the bedroom wall. ||All the walls were marked and scuffed and much of the steel fittings (plug holes, etc) were rusted ||The cost was around $250/night (more than I recently paid for a beautifully clean and well appointed Oaks apartment in the CBD). This includes a 3% credit card surcharge.

Old and tired and dirty rooms. Rotten yellow sludge in the microwave, inside of the kettle was black with some sort of residue that stuck on my finger when I touched it. Kitchenware was grimy. Walls have clumps of dust on them. Reception bloke said my room was ready for check-in early, but tried to charge me an extra 'early check in fee'! Wish I could post photos here! Yuk!

We arrived near midnight to a ground floor unit that has mould on the bathroom ceiling, stains on the bedroom walls and ceilings, dusty smelly air con, broken handrail and much more. It was disgusting and not fit for accommodation.

Disgusting dirty rooms and the staff have no care in the world to apologize or resolve it. Hair on the ground, stains on the walls, dirty towels.
