Easy booking a great bike hire. We booked the cheaper non-ebikes available and they were awesome. They are clearly well serviced and cared for. Leigh was informative and gave us a good idea of where to ride to given the amount of kilometres we wanted to do. Highly recommend the rail trail if you want to do a relaxed day on the bike!

Very easy to book and get in contact when my confirmation email was lost in spam filter. We were running late for our booking and they called up to check in on us. Knowledgeable staff and very reassuring for us since we hadn't ridden bikes in nearly 15 years and aren't in the best of shape. Small sized bike was great for me (150cm). Loved the experience!

Thank you Bright Electric Bikes for a lovely afternoon! After having to slide our original booking due to cold symptoms (thanks grandsons!) to the afternoon, we headed out to Myrtleford for the afternoon. A bit too long than we expected and unfortunately arrived back a few minutes late. All good - no hassles from the lovely lady working there. Bikes are great and a great safety brief before the ride. Highly recommended.

We arrived early, without an online booking and they were so accommodating (being 2 adults and kids). We didn’t try the electric bikes but they looked like fun. The guys also suggested a great riding trail (and where the magpies swoop). We’ll hire from here again for sure, when we’re back in Bright.
