The Hotel is well located and easy to find when enteringthe City of Port Pirie. Our reception experience was very good and we were upgraded to a very comfortable, spacious and quiet room. The Restaurant dinner experience exceeded our expectations and congratulations to the chef for a well chosen menu and beautifully cooked meals. We will return for more meals here, for sure. The staff were all very friendly. Well recommended.

This is a great place to stop after a long day travelling. We got the 2 bedroom apartment which was very clean and comfortable. Large bathroom and full kitchen plus a clean and cosy bedding with a double bunk and large queen bed. We were lucky and had plenty of parking for our car and trailer although the driveway to the back units is a little narrow. The place has good fencing and is private although. The food at the restaurant was delicious and generous portions making it value for money. Highly recommend

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Food was fantastic, the pork special was very flavorful and cooked to perfection. Meals were prompt and hot. Nice atmosphere in a quiet location with accommodation available. Definitely worth a visit.

Great location, easy to find when coming off of the main highway. Quiet location. Comfortable room with everything required. Fantastic water pressure in shower!! ||Lovely having restaurant onsite. ||Very friendly staff. ||Check in was easy. ||Look forward to coming back in hot weather to use the very inviting looking pool!

Very comfortable hotel. We stayed on way home from Central Australia to Melbourne, and the place had all we needed - a comfortable bed, warm heating and the room was clean and tidy. ||The town has a lot of history and we dined at the local pub, not too far away.

The spa was amazing after a hard week of work 🙌 😌 👌 bed was immaculate made. Staff were very helpful, I enjoyed my stay, garden was divine, salvia applia, was growing in the garden, which I'd gorgeous to wake up to,security in the rooms was perfect for safety. Ample parking was convenient. I highly recommend 👌

Nice room decent size. Close to the everything. The pool looks amazing bit cold to use it. So didn't have a swim. No toster tho. Everything was clean

Booked a room for 3. After a 4-hour drive, we arrived to find a broken sofa bed, no bedding, no towels, and no way to contact anyone after hours. We made do—uncomfortably.||Next day, while at work, I began receiving missed calls from the motel. At 4:45pm, I got a text saying I hadn’t paid and would be locked out—belongings and children included—unless I paid again. Despite confirming payment had already gone through, I was told I had no choice. I paid a second time, under duress.||Still no help with the urine-stained mattress, missing bedding, or towels. I slept on the floor. We bought our own towels.||Two days later, both payments were taken. I called again and was told they knew—they just hadn’t gotten around to fixing it. No apology. No explanation. Just indifference.||The room didn’t match the booking? “Not their problem, talk to Expedia.”||Which brings me to Expedia: despite booking through them weekly, they washed their hands of the whole issue. The motel refused to cooperate, so Expedia simply moved on. No solution, no follow-up, no loyalty shown to a regular customer.||I wasn’t asking for much—just an apology and a token gesture. What I got instead was a lesson in how not to treat people.||Rest assured, I’ll be sharing this experience far and wide.
