My alternator died overnight and this place was the closest for the tow truck to drop me off, obviously being a small workshop they were pretty booked out but managed to squeeze in the part replacement job that day and I was back on the road within 24 hours. No dodgy practices, hidden extras or beating around the bush, just good honest service. Thanks guys!

Legends.
My car broke down, they collected me from the motorway and fixed the car on a Friday afternoon before closing the shop, absolute legends. Without them I would have needed to spend probably 3/4 nights there waiting for the part to arrive.

I just stopped in for petrol, and was filling up gagging at the petroleum smell (I’m pregnant) when the shop keeper came and offered to fill up for me. So sweet ! I went to check my air and he came over to offer assistance. ‘You’ve gotta learn to ask for help’ he said. You’re not wrong ? Had such a sweet honest and authentic chat with him about my car and mechanics and a good laugh. Honestly such a refreshing experience !

I found this mechanic and service station the best reason why being I had broken down many times over the last 6 months, the last time I had Joseph come to my aid in the NRMA truck . He was the first to see what the problem was so hence I booked my vehicle in to have it attended to and it's running perfectly.

We put our Car in for a service and also SPECIFICALLY told them to clean and flush the radiator and refill....and did they...NO..

Never assume they do what you ask for..

After finding out it was still dirty and no coolant was ever filld or anything was done to the radiator.
We phoned them up...
Guess what.....
they claimed it had been done !!!
