The staff are always very friendly. They have good prices in store too and large variety of categories.
The plus is they leave there petrol prices down as long as they can before the jump comes unlike other petrol stations around. And they also support the local community.

Unfortunately this station is very convenient for us to use but Our family avoids it at all costs, due to the appalling customer service. This review is not based on one incident either, it is a broad overview after many years of living in the local area. Poor customer service it the only thing you can rely on here. What has prompted this review is that twice this week, I have dropped in, early in the morning, before work to pick up a drink. Both times, the same female attendant, was rude and arrogant. I walked into the store, in a happy mood, ready to start my work day, "Good morning, how are you" I said with a smile as I approached the counter - No response whatsoever, no greeting, no smile, no attempt to up-sell, didn't even ask if I had filled up with fuel, she just looked blankly at me and said "that it?".....wow, great customer service lady!!!
This morning, I dropped in again, purely for convenience, and waited at the counter for nearly 2 minutes, while the same middle aged, black haired lady, continued her private conversation with another employee. I stood there, making it blatantly obvious that I was waiting to be served, the only one waiting. The attendant looked directly at me, then turned back and continued her personal conversation. Eventually, she finished her personal chat, walked to the counter and just looked at me......no hello, no smile, it was like she was annoyed that I had interrupted her busy social agenda. I inched my items closer to her, she picked them up and scanned them, then looked at me, expressionless and said "Nine Dollars" with her hand out. I have met funeral directors with more personality than this woman. If the franchise holder reads this - This person adds no value at all to your business, my suggestion would be to get some secret shoppers to review it for you.....then employ someone who will promote your brand rather than hinder it.

It's a pretty good servo. Staff are always lovely. The petrol station down the road often seem to drops their prices before this one though.
