Function room with a view.

Light, well appointed room with picture windows overlooking the perfectly-kept golf-course.
A Greet-and-meet lobby housed the facilities whilst the entry was served by stairs in addition to a ramp.
For us, the smaller part of the 'L-shaped' room comfortably sat 40. It's reception area was twice the size.
The beautifully served refreshments were tasty and very much appreciated. Well recommended.

We attended a private function on February 22, 2025. The venue had lovely views, and the service was okay. However, the catering was insufficient for the number of guests. Despite being a buffet-style event, the mains ran out before the last two or three tables were served, which was disappointing.

Box Hill is an excellent place to play golf and socialise.
An 18-hole quality course, where projects to improve the course are the highest priority.
A fully stocked pro shop with excellent and friendly staff can assist with equipment and coaching.

Lovely place for a meal overlooking the greens. Try their Thai beef salad or Parma. You don't have to be a member in order to dine in. Booking is advised especially on the weekends.

Played there on Monday after a few days of heavy rain. There was constant drizzle throughout our round. Lift, clean and place was permitted as the course was very wet....particularly the back 9. There was pooling of rain water on some greens but the greens were very good and fairly quick considering the amount of rain that the course had. Some places on the course were almost unplayable and by the end of round, our group of 20 odd players were the only ones on the course. It probably should have been closed and I don't think it will recover until later in the year. Give it a miss until summer. Played it today (17/3/25) and had heavy rain yesterday. Course appears to have had recent drainage work on the fairways. A lot better condition than when we played last winter

Just joined @Box Hill Golf Club as a member.
Experience of joining was fantastic, very well communicated by Heath, he has made joining so easy and felt very welcomed.

Members on the course have mostly been great, other than one experience, they have all been great, very friendly and welcoming.

Course is beautiful, holds up great during the wet months. Tricky tight fairways and tough greens.
