We had an absolutely amazing time at Bouncy Roos! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was vibrant, clean, and full of fun for kids of all ages. The staff went above and beyond to make the day special. A huge shoutout to two lovely female staff members who were incredibly helpful, they assisted with serving drinks, cutting the cake, and even helped tidy up at the end without us having to ask. Their warm, friendly attitude made the experience feel stress free and enjoyable for all the parents. We really appreciated that we never felt rushed to pack up. The kids were given plenty of time to play, and we were able to enjoy the celebration at our own pace. The facilities were well maintained, and the variety of jumping castle activity areas kept the kids entertained for hours. Highly recommend Bouncy Roos for birthdays and special events!

The state of this establishment raises serious concerns regarding health, hygiene, and child safety. The conditions observed reflect a lack of proper upkeep, cleaning protocols, and safety standards. Immediate action should be taken to repair and clean the play equipment, maintain hygiene in toilet facilities, and ensure a safe and clean environment for all visitors especially young children. I left within 10 mins. If these areas were in poor condition I would hate to think what the kitchen is like.

Do not recommend if you are looking for your kids to be entertained for a hour or two.
Kids were bored within 15 minutes. The jumping castles were not what the pictures lead you to believe. The kitchen was closed at 1pm in the middle of school holidays.

The place was a real disappointment. The website is false advertising as there are photos on there that are not at the venue and there was no written update about this. There are a total of six inflatables and two of those are the same style with the ladder and slide. Was only there for 25 minutes before my son got bored and he is usually a very active and capable 2.5year old. Won’t be going in the future and would hope that I could save others the $13 entry for their child/ren as well as it is not worth the effort and cost at all.

We just had my son birthday there it was such a disappointment.
The party area was not set up when we got there, our view was of men playing cricket not our children jumping on jumping castles. The website and the videos they post on Facebook and instagram are a complete lie those jumping castle are not there!!!!! There is only 1 large one, which they try to say is 7 in 1, yet post online there is over 11.
I would definitely not recommend this place.

Confused why the website showed a complete list different place? We came here expecting at least 6 inflatables, a big red truck inflatable, a jungle themed one, a maze? But instead it’s just one big inflatable? Strange.

The place needs an over haul, I never like to write bad reviews but the state of the venue is not very good. When having a birthday be vigilant site the venue first as they only have allocated table space which you have to clear off after 90min. Table spaces are not great forget about decorating its in an open area

Amazing place for kids, my 7 year old boy enjoyed it a lot. They have some amazing options for birthday parties too and the bouncy things are too fun.
