My family member went in for respite care and came home covered in scratches and dropped n the toilet. The feeling was the place was understaffed, with limited social contact time, and that the staff may be inexperienced. Understandable at a time with limited nurses available, but it was extremely stressful for my family. Unfortunately my family member is afraid to make a complaint. Please ask your doctor for recommendations. I have edited my review and will contact management as requested in management response. Thank you.
