Nice and clean, good sized villa /townhouse. Everything really close walking distance, grocery store, retail stores and eateries. We had a double lockup garage with power roller door. Very handy for parking our trailer and keeping our outdoor gear locked up. Rooms were comfortable enough with air con upstairs and downstairs and all rooms with fans too. Well equipped kitchen , full sized laundry with your own clothes line.Nice quiet part of Batemans Bay. Boat ramp at the front of the complex and private jetty to Clyde river at rear of complex. Great for kayak access on the high tide. Will need to drive or ride to beaches though(not far). Alot of nice beaches and bays to choose from so a short drive is worth it. If I stay at Batemans Bay again, I'll definitely look Blue Docks up.

Lodging is quite cosy, can sometimes hear other people nearby in their accommodation as these are townhouses with shared walls. Pool is small, family friendly. Very close to the shopping centre with access to Coles, Woolies and Aldi.

Would recommend this for family trips or with close friends, usually 2 bedroom 2-3 storey accommodation.

Parking is a little difficult due to narrow garage space.
