Two wonderful, self-contained cottages high on the most eastern point in Bermagui. The generous balcony provides a spectacular vista looking over Gulaga and Horseshoe Bay.

The cottages are thoughtfully designed with travelling couples in mind, including a full kitchen, bathroom, and very good wifi. There are many convenient, practical touches that make for a comfortable, pleasant stay.

The cottages are 300 metres from a modern Woolworths and a similar distance from coastal cliffs and Blue Pools.

We stayed for 9 nights and used it as a base to explore up and down the Sapphire Coast beaches and headlands.

Colin, the host, is a salt of the earth fella who has been in Bermagui for 38 years and knows plenty of local history and useful tips. He was very generous with his time and making sure we had a great stay. Colin lives in the house at the front of the property, so is on hand for dealing with any issues or questions.

Lovely view from verandah. Relaxing place to stay. Beautiful linen. Highly recommend if you’re staying in Bermagui.
Swimming in the ocean Blue Pool is amazing! It’s just up the road from here.

Absolutely perfect getaway spot, Colin has a little piece of paradise & he welcomed us warmly. Our cottage was extremely comfortable, the deck with a view, just perfect ? walking distance to everything in beautiful Bermagui. Thanks so much Colin?

We have had such a fantastic stay for the past five days. Colin has a real eye for all the small details that make a place feel like home, e.g. kitchenware and cutlery beyond basics to make home meals easy to prepare, electrical power points with USB slots, extra pillows and blankets, clothes lines front and back etc.

Location is so convenient. It’s a 5 minute walk to the Blue Pool (beautiful local rock pool) and Bermagui Beach Hotel (ordered their weekly special seafood pasta twice this week). It’s a great base to explore other townships on the Sapphire Coast.

What an amazing location!! Colin’s Blue Point Cottages are amazing - modern, well equipped and cared for. Great location, close to the beach, river, shops and more. The cottages are a self contained unit with all the features of home including complete kitchen, BBQ facilities, lounges, AC and more. It’s the cleanest place we’ve visited in a long time. Our host had great knowledge on the area including recommendations for eating out. We had the best fish and chips from Fisherman’s Wharf. Would highly recommend here for a long or short stay in Bermagui. Thanks again Pela and Anthony.
