I thought I booked a hiking tour, turned out it's much more than that!
As soon as I got off the train, Wolfgang and Hedi were waving at me from the platform, very warm and enthusiastic. Before the trip, Wolfgang had messaged me to see if I have any questions. I asked for a challenging route with the most beautiful views. Wolfgang suggested the Grand Canyon Track, one of the most popular one. After a small breakfast, we started our journey. Wolfgang was fun and talkative, and you could tell he had a wealth of life experiences. Along the way, Wolfgang and Hedi shared the history and culture of the area, explaining the unique flora and fauna of the Blue Mountains and the wonders of nature in an easy-to-understand way—it was fantastic! These are things I would never have known if I had hiked alone. The scenery was stunning throughout the hike—the changing vegetation, canyons, waterfalls, and even a small cave. Sadly, I'm not lucky enough to meet the mysterious hobbits. lol
The path was very comfortable and easy to walk, we had a delightful afternoon tea at a midway, which was very thoughtful. We ended the day by visiting the famous Three Sisters rock before leaving.
Truly appreciated to have Wolfgang and Heidi hiking with me, so I got to know this land. Total worth it, and it will be a lifetime memories.

Book it! This tour exceeded all expectations.
Knowledgeable guides, beautiful scenery & and nice picnic at the end were all fantastic. Wolfgang & Hedi really love what they are doing and it shows. We hope to be back again next year. Thanks! 10/10

If you want a more wholistic experience than just seeing the sights of the Blue Mountains, definitely, this is a tour for you. Wolfgang plans the tour according to your request. Hedi, the flora & mineral expert, will dazzle you with the micro and macro knowledge of the place. I appreciated the "minuscule" wonders of the smell of the lemony tea tree to the majestic wonders of the Wentworth upper falls and the Three Sisters. The nibbles in a quiet & beautiful spot is much appreciated too. I've got a "different" & wonderful experience of the Blue Mountains, thanks to Hedi & Wolfgang.

We have been hiking with Wolfgang and Hedi for a few years now and they are the best. They are very kind and gracious and have immense knowledge of blue mountains. They are absolutely wonderful people to be with.Enjoyed every moment of each trip with them.
