I have used Blue Media for different events and I have always found the staff Staff incredibly friendly and helpful, which in Berlin is NOT the norm. Very Professional and flexible Business. A few weeks back I had a problem with one of our Trucks coming back from a festival so we didnt get on time to return the equipment. I called and they were super flexible and told me I could return the gear next day with no extra charge. And when I arrived next day, the person at the reception even helped me unload the heavy equipment from the Van.

I don't know much about sound equipment, but blue media could recommend devices that suited my needs and budget and they provided advice on how to use them. I really could not say enough good things about this company. After our event, the whole team concluded that Blue Media event deserved a glowing review, so here I am. We contacted blue media for an art fair this year as we were showing a large 2,5m x 2,5m screen for an artwork. They were not only the best price quote we received, their staff was helpful with all our questions as the artist needed a lot of exact technical specs. The install and de-install times were a little bit specific and not in regular hours, and they accommodated us without question. They were always right on time. The two men were super helpful and calm, even when the venue did not prepare properly for our display and we didn't have enough wattage. They troubleshooted with the fair organizers and went above and beyond to make it work. They actually instructed the fair service workers to know what to do in case it happens again. By the end, we all felt like we understood the equipment a bit better 🙂 Because of this venue, we had some issues turning it on again later and they dropped everything to come out and help us when we were panicking and in a crisis. Customer service was 100%! The screens were great quality. What else can I say, I will always use these guys for future tech needs. Would and will continue to recommend them. Bravo! p.s. that is what the video work looks like, not a broken screen 😉
