Just got to enjoy the shared experience of 10+ people trying to get a taxi from the airport, including 1 person that had pre-booked a taxi hours before. Not a taxi in sight, everyone had called and booked a taxi under their name, but the few taxis that arrived had no idea who they were picking up, and every person that had booked received texts asking if "Clinton" still required a pickup. As time wore on we started to group together based on destination and an hour later the last of us managed to finally depart the airport. I know that most companies generic policy is a zero tolerance for abuse, and the poor girl working the booking line certainly doesn't deserve it, but surely somebody kinda does... Perhaps there should be a separate hotline for it. Overall, 1/5 if it's not raining next time I'll walk.

Prebooked a taxi to be at the airport on time was said to be 'high priority'. Taxi didn't turn up on time. When I called the operator to find out where my taxi was it was driving someone else to the airport. Had to drive myself to the airport and now will be hit with parking fees I tried to avoid. Gladstone needs another taxi service who actually deliver good service. This company is unreliable.

Yesterday your company left a 75 year old lady waiting for a taxi from 3pm until 5:54pm. And the excuse the call centre gave was that they were busy and the drivers were not choosing that particular job.

I rang several times and even spoke to a manager who said they can’t do any more than keep telling drivers she is waiting still.

I even told them that the establishment she was waiting at is closed and her safety is now at risk to then be told that I cannot put that on them and it is not their responsibility.

An absolute joke and disgusting way to run a business.

A huge thank you to the gentleman in cab 17 that just started his shift, and who takes pride in his work, saw all the notes regarding her still waiting and picked that job straight away.

No wonder people are turning to Uber with disgusting operating procedures like this.

Driver in number cab number 17 you deserve a pay rise and are a real credit to the company.

The rest of the drivers that were on DO BETTER!!!!

Booked a taxie been waiting over an hour called a few times and a lady anwserd she was rude and hung up on me multiple times because they had cancelled my first booking made another one it was taken by a driver then it was cancelled again now im again waiting in queue

I wanted to thank the lovely bloke Josh who helped me out on the phone last night. Very kind and caring. Unfortunately however after waiting over 2 hours, I still didn't get picked up. Gladstone taxi drivers have really gone downhill in the last few months.

Called a taxi at 10:30am and now it's 1:30pm and still waiting for a taxi, this has happened many times to the point I had to walk home, it is ridiculous how long you have to wait for a taxi in this town. Brisbane is more reliable with taxi services.
