I had Blooming Keepsakes preserve my wedding flowers after my wedding in August 2023. I spent a lot of time researching and felt confident based on their reviews and beautiful Instagram portfolio that I would receive keepsakes I would cherish forever.

Unfortunately, upon receiving my keepsakes in April 2024, I was disappointed. The flowers selected from my bouquet for the final product didn't capture the essence of my bouquet as I remembered it, and they differed from the stunning arrangements showcased on their Instagram. Additionally, there were multiple quality control issues with the keepsakes themselves. The Blooming Keepsakes promptly addressed the quality issues and even generously offered an additional ring holder, which I accepted and appreciate very much.

While their customer service was commendable, it doesn't change the final keepsakes or the overall impact on my post-wedding sentiment. I'm sharing this honest review as a reminder that the final product may not perfectly mirror the images on their social media. While the terms and conditions do state this, the discrepancy in my case was far greater than I had anticipated which hasn’t left me with the memories of my day I had hoped for.

This ended up being the most beautiful gift for one of my best friends to commemorate her wedding. I had no idea for the design, I just had a whole bunch of random flowers from the bouquet and the venue.
