Blanco catered our bespoke wedding at the Adelaide Museum grounds. The Blanco Team went above and beyond with every single detail flawlessly. Communication prior to the day was helpful and came from a place of true care and kindness. We worked with Emma who would respond to our emails within minutes, professional and helpful. The food tasting was the most fun and luxurious experience, we felt extremely spoilt. And of course the food was to die for!! Our guests raved about the food and were genuinely ecstatic about the delicious creations Blanco served. They were miracle workers making 80 plus meals perfectly and to the highest quality. Even our wedding cake. I’m not a big wine fan but oh my goodness it was lovely and kept the wine enthusiasts very happy. A huge hit of the night was everyone getting pampered. I only ever saw one person at the bar at a time because everyone was getting so well taken care of by the waiters. I was told that no one barely got to see the bottom of their glass before it was refilled. The staff were such beautiful kind people. I could talk for hours about blanco. Forever grateful to them and their company. From start to finish- flawless!!!

We had Blanco Catering for our Wedding at Templewood House in November 2022 and they were incredible. Every single thing served was so delicious - our favourite dish was the Portobello mushroom, soft garlic polenta with smoked almond dressing - best polenta I’ve ever had!
We have had so many people since the wedding comment on how amazing the food was (quality and quantity!). We elected for cocktail style served food, however the food was substantial and everyone was more than full by the end of the night. We requested to have all the food be done vegetarian and mostly gluten free and they made this so easy, providing so many options. On the night, all of the Blanco staff were so friendly and so helpful. We let them know before the wedding that we had a few vegan guests, and they made sure to have sufficient options for these people, and once identified, the staff brought specific food to them all night and ensured they had plenty. We were very grateful to have the blanco team provide the catering for our wedding, and we would recommend them to anyone having a wedding/special event.

I attended my niece's Wedding at the Botanic grounds catered by Blanco, lost my earring (worth over $800) on the dance floor which was handed in to the DJ on the night and he passed it on to the Blanco staff who passed it on to the Supervisor who can' t seem to recall what happened to it
So, I was advised that sorry we did have it but we don't know where it is
I find this very unprofessional, there should be set procedures in place and competent people to make sure they are carried out

BEWARE!
Quality of food was great however,quantity was very poor.
Please,before booking this catering group,place heavy emphasis on servings per head.Servings did not match our expectations.
I would strongly advise on seeking other quotes.
