One of the best places for American bbq. The food is just on point here especially with their beef brisket. If you’re unsure it’s worth grabbing a couple of your mates and share the bear box and burger or roll. That gives you a taste of everything there. If you’ve got extra stomach space then definitely worth considering the ribs as you can’t go wrong with them.

Amazing Cheeseburger, meat was high quality and tasted fresh, bun was big and really soft, cheese melted perfectly along with pickles and sauce tasted very nice. Definitely one of the best burgers I have had.

I have been going to Black Bear for years now. Once every few months. Their food never disappoints. Hungry Bear box is my favourite. However we have got the family feast today and it was amazing.

Looking for beef, this is the place to go. The huge smoker inside tells you enough what to get here! Delicious smoked beef and pork. I got myself the Hungry bear box and the cheesy fries. By accident I ordered a big portion or fry
ies but it all went down! I did not like the pork belly in particular (lots of fat) but the beef brisket is delicious! I am definitely coming back!

EDIT: came back again for beef ribs, but were unfortunately not available anymore:( You can reserve them though by calling them on beforehand. Instead I got myself the beef brisket box with bacon loaded cheesy fries, also delicious!

We ordered 2kg of brisket and a tomahawk. We planned to have the brisket at a family lunch and the tomahawk for dinner. There was a mix up with our order and it wasn't going to be ready until later in the day but they were so accommodating. Liz advised they could provide the brisket now and have someone deliver the tomahawk in time for dinner. Let me tell you, that was amazing. Liz delivered it herself and everything was amazing. Family of four with two young kids. Ordered the brisket box, a cheeseburger, and a few sides. Absolutely delicious, the meat was incredibly soft and tender. The sides were crunchy and well seasoned. The atmosphere was fun and the wood smoking smelled fantastic. Definitely worth trying.
