Went into the information centre on the 8/10/2023, lady said hello as we entered than said the information is over there pointing to the corner, than proceeded to sit down and talk with a friend. worst information customer service we have seen in the two years of full time travel. Would of loved to of seen the Anzac memorial.

Very informative with local information and advice on what, where, and when in the surrounding shire. Clean and well maintained toilets, large parking areas, and a dump point. Below the information centre a covered area and which is close by includes a table and bench seats.

Open toilets ( no showers for ingo only ) lovely staff in info centre. I'll be back to purchase hat pin when there's a suitable pic on them. Hopefully the people who stock the items understands what I mean.

Visitors information staff friendly and helpful but the Callide Lookout has been removed from original spot so now you can't see anything. Mt Scoria was a waste of time not enough signage
