The owner didn't turn on the air conditioner, fridge or check whether the equipment was normal in advance. The hot water for bathing was very cold. There was no coffee or tea bags and only a bar of soap was provided. The price for a night here is $135. It is better to choose the Roadhouse. Just only $80 a night.

It’s a good place if you want to break up your trip a bit. The dinner was really good, and the service was very friendly. The rooms are very basic, but good for one night. The shower was good, and the bed comfortable.

Convenient stop between Carnarvon and Geraldton. “Donga” type room. Very small. Mould on ceiling in shower and main room. No tea/ coffee making facilities. No shelf or table on far side of bed. Restaurant on site good. Owner friendly.

Room door net are broken. Only two soap provide that’s it noting more. Room is just normal nothing special, and the price is higher than the next one.

The lady in the BP is super nice . Definitely stay here again .
30 bucks power no water shower and power I’m happy lol . Next door is free camping .

Stay next door at billabong roadhouse. Half the price and the people there were awesome. Owners of the homestead are rude and incompetent

Wanted to use the toilet but realised I couldn’t - I had to purchase something. Wasn’t much to buy inside so I grabbed a small bag of lollies. She scanned it and didn’t say anything just waited for me to pay. I made a point of asking what the cost was (as she didn’t even show me how much it was on the eftpos). Likely won’t stop here again. I wasn’t blown away with choice, service or having to pay to use a toilet.
First time stopping at billabong, not realising we should’ve kept on walking past the motel to the next building.

Filled up for fuel $158 and went to the toilet after reading the sign out front saying for customers and fuel purchases only… to then be rudely told as we walked out that “we aren’t allowed to use the toilet unless we purchased something, but will let you off this time” with a sarcastic laugh… we explained we purchased fuel and still not even a sorry… if I knew they would be rude would have went 50km down the road… we weren’t desperate! Stop treating people poorly, it’s not a good look!!
