An Unforgettable Stay at Swan Hill Riverside Caravan Park! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had the most incredible stay at the Swan Hill Riverside Caravan Park in their 2-bedroom luxury cabin. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning location right on the riverbank. With only 1 Luxury Cabin, we really did have the best 👌 The views were absolutely breathtaking, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind and have a little fish.

The cabin itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully appointed, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. 2 bathrooms, double showers with bedroom River views from both. The large outdoor entertaining area was an added bonus, connecting serving window to the full size kitchen, providing the perfect setting for evening meals with a view of the River and passing Paddle steamer.
Service was amazing and checkin was easy.

Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic getaway!

Beautiful clean camp site, but bring your ear plugs!
Stayed for a week over the busy Easter break. While the 'quiet times' start at 10pm, it is not enforced. Unfortunately there was a large party for someone's birthday and they were very loud/rowdy on 3 consecutive nights. This was flagged to staff, however they advised that don't enforce the quiet time, only remind people....
The pool was great for the kids.

We have enjoyed our stay at riverside big 4. We paid extra for a river view which we believe was worth it.
The park is looked after relatively well, bar the roads that need some TLC for little scooter riders. It's in an excellent location close to town and shares the massive local playground that's a hit for kids of all ages.
It's annoying that smoking is still permitted on sites as we were situated near a chain smoker which is not ideal with young children, the main toilet block is functional, clean and does the job, just the disability/family bathroom is quite old and could use a refresh, the yellow lights in there are weird.
It was a nice visit but don't think we would come back, there wasn't a whole heap for kids to do apart from the pool and playground and the general area doesn't have a lot of things for tourists.

Not really anything negative to say other than our cabin was a little outdated (more so the bathroom). It’s a great park for kids with a big swimming pool and very large playground adjacent to the holiday park. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The park is located right on the Murray River which made it quite scenic yet very centrally located in Swan Hill.

A lovely place on the bank of the Murray River. Very relaxing and quiet with a community park adjacent with playgrounds and other facilities. The park has a coffee shop and cafe with great views of the park. Cabins are comfortable and clean while staff are welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed a nice dinner on our deck watching the sunset.

We originally booked for 3 days but managed to stay for 5.
It's a gem of a caravan park. Located on the Murray River, our caravan was perched in front of it...the view and serenity was perfect.
The amenities are very clean and the staff are helpful and cheerful too! We used the pool most days and again very clean.
I've rated the park high because if you're travelling through it's worth staying here.
Right next door is the Pioneers village (full of local history) which is worth a visit and all shops, restaurants are close by.

Park is well kept, great pool, some office staff quite rude.
We had a call from Neurosurgeon to get to Melbourne for earlier that expected surgery, rudely told no refund is our policy, asked if we could have a night in Credit to return yet again No. I would like to think in these times that such would be possible especially when we are Big 4 members and had paid upfront with the intention to stay the full time booked. Sort of leaves a bitter taste in your mouth.

Reception staff could use some training… We arrived early but were unable to set up due to site maintenance (what ever that means) had not yet been completed. Reception staff were not very warm or accommodating. Left standing in exception for about 15 minutes…. She Eventually returned to say we could check in after another 50 minutes. I decided to then reverse my van out of the one way reception area and go shopping.. no assistance offered . Anyway not the sort of start anyone wants to their holiday…

Amenities were spotless and well maintained given high patronage.

Scum line on the pool was putrid!!! Utterly Yuck! No attempt to clean it in a week…

The jumping pillow could use a shade sail so too could the pool.

Otherwise excellent location and facilities close to main attractions and town without the downside associated with that.
