We had such a great time here! We only wish we'd stayed longer. We had an issue with the initial room, but the night manager was all over it, and sorted us out pronto. Such great service. Cleanliness was too notch, facilities were awesome. Our kids had the best time at the splash park, the playground and the pool. Highly recommended! Easy to find, right next to the highway but low noise. Clear check-in instructions and highly responsive communication We'll definitely be back here, loved it.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The staff were amazing. They gave us regular updates about our room and services. You can just tell when management like there job and treat there customers as such. I would recommend this place to everyone. What I liked was
✅the garden in front of our balcony 🌺, nice view and privacy
✅ Great communication from staff
✅ the shady umbrellas and seats by the pool
✅Price, the price made it an affordable holiday for me and my baby.
Things I did not like,
Is that the lights in the kitchen were like spot lights SOO bright I could not turn them on, like why on earth would anyone want it so bright!? It is a 10 min drive to the city centre but the traffic flows well.

Stayed 1 night in a cabin for a work trip.

Perfect location for us, short drive to shops, takeaways and petrol station.

Cabin was fresh, clean and well maintained with lovely shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided as well as water already chilled in the fridge on arrival.

The beds were comfy, air con worked well and the furniture was of good quality.

The grounds are very well kept, clean with well maintained grass and pool area.

We didn't venture into the pool.due to having no time, but it looked great.

The lady on reception when we checked in was really lovely and friendly.

I have nothing negative to say about this place.

Very safe, family friendly, fun holiday park with great customer service, welcoming staff. I had just came from a different holiday park prior, which was unsafe and the opposite of this park. I was shaken up, absolutely overwhelmed and crying while booking in late with a broken phone unable to call the emergency staff number, another camper pulled aside in their car and called the number for me and a staff member came immeidately to book me in, offering to help me setup camp if needed, staff made me feel very safe, secure and welcome. I've gained my confidence again and am starting to enjoy my holiday with my little girl. Thank you very much! Outstanding campsites, amenities, and all the different parks they have for the children. My daughter has the biggest smile on her face is so happy after playing at the water park. Also took a break from camping whilst we were in need of upgrading our tent to a bigger one, and better bed (rookie camper here!) And stayed in the unsuited cabin, was clean and very nice, very enjoyable. Cannot complain about anything.

We stayed one night , the park facilities are very kid friendly , great pool and jumping pillow. Grounds could be kept neater , lots of overgrown grass especially during school holiday time.
The kids wanted to hire out the bike carts and the kids were trying out which bike suited their height before we purchased the hire , the young girl came out and told us to get the kids off them before we payed for hire ! When o explained they needed to see what one suited their size she was still very rude , arrogant and down right aggressive ! It really put a sour Taste in our mouths but we wanted the kids to have fun so payed for the hire for the hour !
After that we would never go back !
We have never come across staff in a holiday park or hotel ever speak to rudely to guests !

Very happy with our stay! The staff were fantastic right from the get go, the rooms were lovely and clean. We stayed in a 2bdr villa and was one of the nicer ones we’ve stayed in. Lots of kids activities and awesome pools and slides! Pools were a bit dirty but with the sheer amount of kids going in and out I’m not surprised.
The kids were very upset when we had to leave. I think that’s a good indication that they loved their stay too.

Absolutely loved our quick stay! The staff were very friendly; the cabins were very clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. The kids loved the pool and slides. It is very well-priced, and I would definitely recommend it to families going on holiday.

Fabulous stay at Big 4 Ingenia Holidays Townsville. Our room was roomy, clean and freezing cold on arrival (a lovely touch considering how hot it was outside). The water slides and pools were fantastic, lots of great facilities. Great location, will definitely be back and highly recommend to travelers especially those with kids. Great value for money.
