Well set out, location out of town but easy to get to. Very spacious areas, caters for adults with separate pool/ spa, outdoor gym and bar. Kids will love the pool, wet splash park, jumping pillow, climbing frames, basketball, tennis, mini golf, movie screen and hire go karts. Beautiful grounds full of palm trees. Facilities like shower block and laundry are well laid out. Park is clean and staff friendly.

We absolutely loved it here. The park is HUGE with so many things to do for families.

Despite traveling with just my husband, we loved it.

When booking I requested a large site due to the size of our tow vehicle and it turning circle.

They delivered.

We had a huge site. Easy to get into. With lovely neighbours.

We loved that there was a bar and small convenience store.

Amenities were plentiful and always clean. Interior roads are wide.

I would return in a heartbeat.

Excellent caravan park! What a fantastic selection of equipment for families and a couple like ourselves.
Offering activities,happy hour ,music, 🥞 mornings just to name a few.
I certainly enjoyed the complementary aqua aerobics class...the instructor was passionate, professional and also loads of fun!
Great work out.
Pleased we had a travel break staying 4 nights.
Close to Cairns,7 minutes by car.

We stayed in our caravan. Even though it was school holidays and super busy, the place is big enough not to seem rushed. The kids, and big kids (me) enjoyed the heated pools and water slides, mini golf and the pedal karts. I would highly recommend staying here if you ever visit Cairns.

What a fabulous place, we stayed in the 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Deluxe Cabin. It was directly across from the main big pool. Kids took themselves off to the pool whenever they wanted too(they are old enough to go on their own) there is something there for everyone. Even an onsite spa. Great cafe with good coffee. About 15 mins from Cairns main strip so a hire car was handy to have. Would recommend this place to anyone. Shops not far a small IGA or a little further away a SC with both Coles and Woolworths.

We had a great holiday. Although we booked all the usual tourist attractions my kids would have been more than happy spending the whole time here. They loved the water slides, pools, jumping pillow, kids activities, playing tennis etc. The all you can eat pancake brekki was fantastic. Big, fluffy pancakes with plenty of options for toppings.

Make sure you have a car because the park isn’t in the nicest suburb (no nice walks to go on outside of the park), right next to the highway and is about a 10min drive into central Cairns.

The only negative is that they allow smoking. I could see ashtrays on all the decks I looked at which surprised me considering how many children stay in this park. We were next to some smokers for a day but thankfully they left and the next family were non smokers. I think if we were next to smokers our whole stay my review would be different. Thankfully that was not the case and we had a great time!

Highly recommend for families. Various configurations of self contained accommodation plus camping and caravan spots. Big array of activities within the park including mini golf, pools, pedal carts. Excellent on site cafe/restaurant

My stay at BIG 4 Ingenia Holidays Cairns Coconut Resort to be fantastic!! The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, plenty activities to do and great food at the Cafe. As a guest with a disability, I had no problems with our cabin, with our bathroom being spacious, rails and seat in bathroom.

I found my stay to be very comfortable and would recommend this resort to anyone.
