Staff were amazing to deal with. Gave us a large site that accommodated all of ours needs. Bathroom always clean. Pool & heated spa were awesome to relax in. Perfect location for us. Although, next to the highway there was no disturbing highway noise.

Stayed at one of the eco caravan sites. View is amazing. Very clean and tidy amenities. The pool was a huge hit with the kids. Everyone was very friendly! Highly recommend a visit here!

For us, this was one of the very best caravan parks we came by. Very friendly staff, very decent pool, close to the city and the Billabong sanctuary is just across the road. We had several very quiet nights, although i imagine it could be a little louder if your spot is closer to the highway. We would have stayed a lot longer if our schedule would have allowed it. Solid 5 stars.

Love it here. Great facilities, amazing pool and heated spa, clean amenities block. The thing I like most about this place is that I feel very safe.
Only down side is the little bit of road noise, but if you had a site that did not back onto the road, I'm sure it would not be an issue.

This was our second trip to the Eco Resort Townsville. We like the grassed poolside area for our caravan. The park is beautifully layed out, perfectly maintained and facilitated. The owner Martin was even good enough to help me out with a small problem..

Enjoyed our stay. Was a bit disappointed that you had to pay to use the cooker, although there is a restaurant on site, we wanted a more cost effective dinner. If you want to use the cooker note it only accepts coins which we didn’t realise until it was too late as shops etc had closed due to it being a Saturday evening. We noticed the kitchen bin was also overflowing from the start of our trip and wasn’t emptied from the time we were there.

We thought the pool and jacuzzi were great and location suited us well.

We have previously stayed with BIG4 in other areas which we had really enjoyed, unfortunately this location let them down.

We tented here. It wasn't until we went to cook our dinner that we realized there was no communal stove. There wasn't any hot water or kettle either. Just a microwave. There are grills, but bring coins to operate. The website makes it look quite polished, but in actuality we slept in a grass field with no shade trees. It was nice to be across from the Billabong sanctuary, and staying got a 10% discount on admission. We won't stay again.

We were looking forward to staying but were disappointed. Not great Value for money. No cooking facilities, or place to sit and eat, other than the camp kitchen. For $300 a night you’d expect more. Finally the road noise is really bad. I know there is not much you can do about that. Earplugs helped a little. See photos.
