We had a fantastic experience working with Big Event Picnic Tables! They arrived right on time, with a great attitude and were more than willing to help us problem-solve a new layout, when the picnic tables didn’t quite fit the space as we had planned. Their flexibility and professionalism made all the difference on event day. The tables themselves were in excellent condition -sturdy, clean and they looked fantastic in our event photos. We wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing quality outdoor furniture and reliable service.

ORIIGNAL REVIEW 29/11/24: We purchased the Cross Legs Dining Table Set 100% MERBAU stain (tops & legs) 2.1m (8 seater) with umbrella hole & 2 x bench seats, umbrella 2.75m Black Octagonal Silver Pole and table cover from Big Event Picnic Tables. Cannot fault the staff for their quick responses and helpful advice.
Our table was made quickly and delivered to us (ACT) within a couple of days of being ready.
A drill was needed to piece the table together though the painters tape labelling the build process was very easy to follow and the build took no more than 30 minutes.
We found the stain to our table felt "sticky" and continues to be a week on from assembly. We have contacted Big Event Picnic Tables for assistance if there is something that can be done to reduce this feeling. We also scratched our table's stain by accident. We would have thought the stain/table would be more hard wearing but perhaps we don't understand the purpose of a stain. It is disappointing to have a scratched table already though!
We have also been able to fit our umbrella comfortably under the table cover which saves on needing additional storage space when not in use.
Overall happy with our purchases and would recommend anyone to purchase from them in future.
UPDATED 11/12/24: Communication from Big Event Tables cannot be faulted. They had not heard of the "sticky" issue before with their tables and straight away spoke to different staff within their team for solutions and reasons. This has now been solved - expect it was due to extreme heat and humidity while packaged/transported and then kept under the table cover while in direct sun. This has now been resolved and the "stickiness" has reduced with a period of airing.
Regarding the scratch, Big Event Tables have sent us a small tin of the stain used along with instructions for us to repair ourselves.
They have been nothing but perfect in their handling of our concerns.

I had the team at Big Event Picnic Tables provide some very well built tables for my Opening Day at my Sign Shop in Pakenham. Their team were very prompt with the delivery and were there ontime in the rain still getting it done. They have an amazing range of colours to pick from, I was very lucky they had my signature blue in stock. With umbrella stands as an optional extra their umbrellas really helped out with making my guests feel comfortable once we moved the party outside. Thanks again Big Event Picnic Tables. 10/10 I would highly recommend them for the job.
