i purchased a brand new edgebander from biesse but they delivered a machine with over 5000m usage on it and i had been told its “BRAND NEW”！！after i visit their head Office personally and talked with their CEO they agreed to change an new machine for me. they said may take 6weeks to change but i waited almost 5 months. when the new machine delivered onsite ，it has problem motor need be change to new one and also has a broke wrench. and they mailed me a real cheap wrench dont even have a brand on it and said it is the standard biesse parts. i paid almost 80000 for the machine but biesse cant afford a small branded wrench. how bad and greedy of this company？is this the reason why you world famous for ？or just happened in Australia？

I just replaced my Rover SKill FT for Rover B FT 5 axis. In the 8 Years I have owned the Skill we had broken Spindle and couple of sensors .We had down time 3 weeks all together. From the 3 weeks the part needed was sitting 10 days in customs in Sydney. I think, that it was outstanding effort to get us back in production.
John Rijvers and Amos did a great job with the install of the new machine, (and I am a fussy, hard to please client).
Massimo helped me to specify the new machine. This is my 3rd CNC and I am blown away with the quality of fabrication. I can compare now I have also different CNC Brand on the floor.
I am grateful for B solid. The control and visualization is outstanding. We had Biesse works on our first machine. I found it easy to program (with bit of practice). For more than a year I didn't have any other 3rd party software. (It would be great to have training manuals as they had with Biesse works)
My machine was on schedule. Installed as planned January 2022
Over all, what a fantastic machine.

Biesse machines are very popular on kitchen making industry, they have good reputation there. But, If you are a sign writer, please learn form my experience, and stay away from Biesse. Their CNC machines are made in India, which is fine with their quality control, but their own software is too difficult and complicated for sign writing need.
I purchased a RJ1530 a few years agao, there was no technician in NSW who could provide a decent support from hardware and software. At one stage, I was so frustrated that I threatened to return the machine and asked for refund.
There was an good Indian technician who help me on one occasion, unfortunalty he was only in Sydney for a few days.
The support is very poor compare with other suppliers. When you need to ask questions on your early days, you have to wait hours or days for technician to call back. And half of the occasion, he did not know either. I had to find a way to work around the issues. My operator hated it, and I sold the machine was after 24 months. A $50,000 lesson to learn.

Great Product, Great Service.
