Made contact in middle of the day with Charlestown office to initiate new service and was told implementation officer would call me back by cob to start process.
Stayed awake rather than having my afternoons rest and yet no call received. Should have slept so didn’t suffer fatigue.
Overall first impressions very disappointing as this is surely important and could be a sign of future poor communications style.
