Having Beth from Beth Jacobs Wedding and Events during the lead-up to our wedding was some of the best money we spent. She was integral in allowing my husband and me to have a week of calm right before our big day. Beth ensured that each vendor had all the details they needed to do their job well, coordinated timings so that there was enough of a buffer to avoid any hiccups, and even had heel caps in various sizes to ensure no one sunk into the ground during our outdoor ceremony.

The advice she offered us was integral to choosing vendors, decor, and other elements of our wedding that ultimately made the day a success. One of the standout moments of Beth's work was her incredible flat lays. She created a couple of exquisite flat lays for our wedding that were simply breathtaking. Her attention to detail and artistic eye turned these simple arrangements into stunning visual stories that we will cherish forever. They added an extra touch of elegance and thoughtfulness to our wedding memories.

In addition to all of this, Beth conducts herself with professionalism, a deep sense of care, and empathy. While many planners may have a similar level of experience, it is Beth's personality and care for others that makes all the difference. Immediately after speaking after our initial consultation I knew she was the right planner for us!
From the start she was honest,genuine, organized and helped us navigate through planning a wedding during a difficult year.
She always made herself available to us when we needed any advice and helped us source vendors who she knew we would work well with. From the start she clearly understood the vision we were going for and helped us execute it flawlessly!
Come the wedding day! I cannot say enough about how incredible Beth and her team were! They had everything organized and ready to go first thing in the morning! They were there to ensure that all the vendors were at the venue to set up on time and accurately based on her plans. She came back and forth between both houses to make sure we were on schedule and having a great time getting ready! She was always there or had a team member with us at all times to take care of anything that came our way!

Beth and her team were absolute miracle workers! I hired her on very short notice and she completely redesigned my wedding top to bottom to take it to the next level! She was extremely responsive to us, left nothing to chance and was very thorough and detailed in her work. For the actual day Beth and her team were amazing!! We had a complicated wedding and they pulled it off without a hitch! It was an absolutely beautiful wedding beyond my wildest dreams. We received SO many compliments. Where do I even begin!!
Before meeting with Beth, my husband and I spoke to over a dozen planners. The second we spoke to Beth, we had an immediate connection and knew she would be the one to bring our wedding vision to life.

Planning a wedding is stressful at the best of times, but planning a wedding during a pandemic requires even more flexibility and patience and that’s exactly what Beth showed us. Beth made sure that no matter what changes had to be made or no matter how many times we had to pivot (due to government restrictions) we never lost sight of what was originally important to us, even if we had to get creative. We were a very hands on couple, who wanted to be involved in all the behind the scenes stuff. Beth made sure to include us in all the decisions, but was not afraid to give us her honest opinion, feedback and suggestions when she had to.

Fast forward to the actual wedding day. Beth and her team were extremely professional and calming. I don’t know how they do it, but everything ran perfectly and on schedule (to the minute!). Beth and her team took control of everything, did not let anyone in the bridal party lift a finger! I was speechless walking into our venue, the decor and floral were beyond anything I could have ever imagined.

There is no need to look any further then Beth Jacobs to help with planning your wedding! She has a way of reading your mind and will make you the wedding of your dreams. Our friends and family have not stopped talking about how beautiful and well organized our special day was!

Beth was an absolute delight to work with. She was available for every issue or concern we had and could also anticipate and check in when we were stressed or when a vendor was misunderstanding our vision. I literally can't recommend her enough. Her attention to detail, sense of humour, and strong work ethic made her the most ideal person to pull off what was a fairly complicated wedding. Every close family member and and bridesmaid commented on her attentiveness and her level of organization/ friendliness. She is worth more than she charges!!
