Beth's team created a beautiful, intimate, and flawless wedding celebration that blew our guests away. Their eye for design and ability to anticipate guest need are unparalleled. Over the course of many months, Beth, Marie, and her entire team worked with us to find a vision and to identify what parts of the day were the most important to us. Through it all, they were kind, thoughtful, and so organized. They took care of the entire process and took so much of the burden off of us. We are so grateful for all of their hard work.

My husband and I felt so lucky to have the help of Beth Helmstetter Events when planning our wedding. They are one of the industry's stars for good reason!

We had already secured her services when we happened to come across a venue we loved. The venue noted that they required an event professional. When I mentioned we were using BHE, they exclaimed "oh wow - they are the best!" We were so impressed that even the venue recognized their greatness!

And BHE did not disappoint! Beth and her team provide the most elegant customer service and sense of hospitality - not only for the bride and groom and family, but for every guest, vendor, etc.

Their taste is impeccable! Every detail was thoughtfully planned and lovingly executed. Each part of our event looked gorgeous and exceeded all our visions and expectations - they truly made our dreams come true.

I think what I loved most however, is that Beth and her team helped our personality, love story, and family traditions shine through our celebration. Beth & the Beth Helmstetter Events team are stars to work with!

My husband and I met the BHE team in 2019 after interviewing with several top wedding planners. We worked with them on what ended up becoming multiple events over 3 years related to our wedding due to COVID.

Beth helped plan a special private 30th birthday surprise for me during COVID that was exceptional. Then went on to plan our intimate wedding in Montecito which entailed 4 events. Then went on to finally our big day in Italy (a few years delayed) which entailed 7 events for 100 guests over 4 days.

Even with the craziness of an international pandemic, changes in vendors, changes in locations, Beth and her team handled everything with ease. If you are looking to work with one of the best planners in the industry, you have the right person and the right team!
