Guys please dont waste your time and money with this agent. It is such a scam, i booked one ticket, while booking there was an option to select flexible on their website and we paid for that flexible ticket. We had to change the date for the flight and we contacted the agent turned out the ticket wasn't flexible at all and they asked to pay extra $600 just for the change of date. They wouldn't pick up the call and wouldn't respond to the emails. After that i had to contact the airlines to change the ticket. I wasted so much money for that 1 ticket due the agent being a scam and charging for flexible ticket while it was not. Please please don't buy from them instead buy from airlines itself.

I booked my flight to Zimbabwe via Hong Kong and Ethiopia but mid way through the flight was changed to go via Bangkok. Daniel was extremely helpful in giving me updates and accommodating my request to be on the same flight with my mum whom I had booked with a different travel agent. Each time I called, Daniel picked the phone the next minute. Best Travel agent is very reliable, particularly Daniel.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Best Price Travel Sydney. The customer service has been abysmal. Despite multiple promises, I have never received a return call from their staff, which has made this experience incredibly frustrating.

The lack of a centralized system is a significant issue. Customers are forced to rely solely on one agent, and if that agent is unavailable—which is often the case—there is no way to escalate or transfer the request to another agent. The situation becomes even worse if the agent is on holiday, leaving customers in a lurch with no support.

This inefficient and unresponsive service has caused me considerable inconvenience. I would strongly advise against using Best Price Travel Sydney for any bookings. The time and effort required to make even the simplest changes are not worth it.

Just for the benefit of a hard working person on the team Daniel was not at mistake he has previously helped me. And 5- star for his service but overall as a team it’s a one star
