Not happy!
Worse service ever
Booked a queen spa suite only to be told it wasn’t ready when we arrived and we needed to wait another 30 minutes. After waiting I was given the keys to a queen room no spa. When I questioned this the lady said I give you first available so you can go in room quicker. I asked about the difference in price between the rooms as I’d already paid and it was just unavailable
No refund of the difference nothing
The room was dingy and smelt musty and the 1900’s air conditioner just forgot about it.
I know they say you get what you paid for, but I didn’t even get that in this case.

People say, “you get what you pay for” - but…..in this instance, I requested a single room, …instead I got a queen bed & 2 x single beds, so I guess I was kind of upgraded. To be clear, I would have just preferred to have had a clean room. AND.. where was the microwave? Look.. too much to say. They should be embarrassed. They’re obviously going broke OR they checked out years ago. They don’t care. They can’t be bothered. They obviously don’t pay anyone to clean the rooms. They haven’t upgraded in over 15 years. The plumbing is blocked. Even the stairs are dirty & you have to wave your hands in the air to get the lights to turn on or you’ll fall down the stairs. Whoever reviewed the rooms on here as clean must be either blind or live in a dirty shed. I actually booked the place due to quite a few saying it was clean. I considered just booking elsewhere. The only reason I stayed was thankfully the sheets were clean. After coming in late, I wiped the rest of the areas to just simply get through the stay. I requested that they didn’t service the room cos I didn’t want them coming in & wiping everything with a dirty rag. Won’t be back.

Unfriendly reception. Wanted $100 'security'? No microwave or kitchen utensils. Large room but few facilities. TV didn't work. Nice gardens. Very clean but basic. No information brochure about checkout or facilities.Good location and quiet.

Very nice place to stay. Apartment was awesome. Lots of space, and very comfortable. Bit of an issue with the keycard. Through miscommunication, it got disabled. A visit to the front counter had it sorted quickly.
The only ‘issue’ was being informed that there was a $200 bond to be paid upon arrival. There was nothing mentioned when I booked. Would be good to know when booking, so you can budget for it.

The self-serviced apartments are fantastic. The location is great. They are like a home away from home. When I'm visiting Melbourne I always stay here. I highly recommend booking for a longer stay. Just remember they are self-service so there is no daily room service.

No iodate this time which was disappointing. Last time I stayed here I got upgraded to an amazing two bedroom apartment across the road. Room was noisy. I heard slamming doors and birds woke me up but noise cancelling headphones help. Oh and no cutlery I had to ask for a t spoon. The cafe across the road does amazing coffee. Oh and queen sized bed was just two singles put together and when I lied in the middle they were pushed apart.||Wi fi did not work I used a lot of phone data. At least they had a smart tv so that was one advantage over even expensive 5 star hotels I stayed in. But definitely sleep with noise cancelling headphones if you plan on staying here.||I’ll stay again next time I visit family.

We are very happy with a free upgrade for 5 nights due to personal circumstances. The place is very clean and spacious. Location is very convenient. The only set back was a breakdown of internet and the handling of the matter was no very satisfactory. We ended up staying in the apartment without internet for 3 days. Overall we had a very wonderful stay and that make our trip worthy.

I stay at the service apartment. Room is very large and spacious. It can house up to 7 persons comfortably. The balcony is so dusty that it cannot be used. The view is decently ok. Kitchen is basic with some pots and pans. The reception is manned 24 hours opposite the road the Best Western motel. Swimming pool, heated jacuzzi and steam rooms are at the motel side.
